The first couple of months of 2012 have shown signs of a positive move in the market and builders are hopefully that more projects will be moving forward in the very near future. For SBACNJ the beginning of the New Year has seen record attendance at our events including Pat O’Keefe’s Economic Forecast meeting and our annual FAME Awards, with over 200 builders and associates attending the awards program last month. While this increased participation at our events is certainly an indicator of the positive economic messages that we’ve seen in the media the successes of our recent events is part of a bigger story.
